Hi, I’m Haasini. I’m a Senior Product Designer specializing in complex, operational, and compliance-driven systems. I design clarity in constraint-heavy environments where usability directly impacts risk, efficiency, and trust.

Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked across logistics, fintech, and B2B platforms, designing enterprise and consumer-facing systems at companies like Amazon, Lumen, Indeed, and EdgeVerve. My work often sits at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology, where ambiguity is high, and decisions have real downstream impact.

I’m particularly drawn to problems where the cost of failure is high. These include compliance tooling, internal platforms, multi-user systems, and workflows that span multiple teams and tools. I work closely with engineering, legal, operations, and research partners to frame problems, push back when needed, and design solutions that scale beyond a single launch.

What differentiates my approach is systems thinking. I focus not only on interfaces, but also on the services, processes, and organizational dynamics that shape them. I’m comfortable navigating constraints, making tradeoffs explicit, and taking ownership from early problem framing through execution and iteration.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, exploring new cities, and illustrating. These help me reset and stay curious, but my professional focus remains on designing practical, resilient systems that work in the real world.
